Free shipping for orders within the contiguous US & Worldwide shipping available!
Transit Times - We ship all of our packages out within 1-3 days of the order being placed, with either FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Please let us know prior to ordering if you need the order delivered by a certain date, as all carriers are experiencing intermittent delays beyond our control and there are currently no guarantees* on estimated delivery dates. as there may be the option to upgrade to a guaranteed service.
There are no guarantees of delivery date for international orders, as they may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.
We also sell on Amazon US* and Amazon DE. Item availability is subject to change.

There are no guarantees of a delivery date for international orders, as they all have to pass customs.
Some countries will be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. This will be the customer’s responsibility.
3.What are your processing times?
All orders will be shipped out within 1 business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information included.
MOUNTING
Concrete or brick is nice because you have a lot of freedom to mount wherever you would like.
If you’re mounting into brick be sure to drill your holes into brick with anchors and not the mortar between the bricks. That will give a much more solid hold.

2.What do I need to mount the shelves? Does the furniture come with screws?
You will need a power drill, stud finder, tape measure and a pencil. We include screws and anchors with your order. You can also view the mounting instructions linked in each item listing.
3.Do the shelves come with mounting equipment?
Yes, all of our pieces come with mounting hardware.
4.How does the furniture install?
Each listing includes an option to download the assembly instructions, the detailed instructions will guide you through the process.
USING
1.Can I install the furniture outside?
We do not recommend our products for outdoor use, as pine is subject to mold growth.
2.Will my large cat fit on this furniture? / What is the weight limit?
We have a lot of large breed cat-clients such as Maine Coons, Savannahs, and Ragdolls!
Floating Sisal Posts can hold up to 45 lbs. Each shelf or plank can hold 65 lbs and the hammocks have been tested to hold up to 82 lbs!
3.What materials are used?
All of products make from solid pine wood, which is grow fast, natural and eco-friendly.

1.What's my order's status?
All of our products ship in 1 business day! You should receive a shipping notification in your email no more than 2 business days after your date of purchase.
If you have not received this email, please double-check your spam inbox and that the email address provided is correct. You can also contact us to inquire about your order.
My order arrived damaged
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original box and all packing materials until you are sure that none of your items have also been damaged. The carrier may require an in-person inspection of the package and all its original contents in order to issue a replacement.
Then please contact us right away. We will need photos of the inside/outside of the box, as well as all items that have been damaged. We do our best to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
If you experience any issues with your order or believe you received a defective item, contact us right away. Please DO NOT modify or alter the furniture, as this may affect its eligibility for return or replacement.
My order never arrived - Missing package
We're sorry that your package hasn't made it to you. Please understand that we don't have control over the delivery of your order as it is in the hands of the carrier. We will certainly help you in figuring out what happened and then finding the right solution from there.
You'll want to check for possible minor issues first:
- Is your shipping address correct on your order?
- If you reside in an apartment complex, was the package left at the main office?
- Did you check with your neighbors in case the package was left at the incorrect house?
- Have you contacted your local post or the carrier to inquire about your package?
We will make sure your package gets to you in the end! We ask for patience as this process can take time to investigate what happened.
Do you have coupons or sales right now?
When we do have a promotion we will announce it on our social media and also send out a mailer to our newsletter subscribers.
You can always check our Scratch and Dent section for occasional sale items.
Do you have layaway payment options?
We offer PayPal Pay Later as a payment option. You can select PayPal Pay Later when you proceed through the check-out process and are at the payment method page, select 'PayPal Express' then selecting the 'PayPal Pay Later' option.
